Hospice Care

Hospice care focuses on medical, psychological and spiritual support for a loved one that is nearing the end of their life. The goal is to provide peace, comfort and dignity to our clients and their families. Professional health care providers try to manage pain through medication, touch, and relaxation techniques as well as control other symptoms so a person can remain as alert and comfortable as possible. Hospice care strives to help patients and families address, prepare and cope with the final stages of life.

Nurse at Home provides hospice care in a number of different living environments including homes, hospitals, residential care facilities or assisted living residences. We recognize the many emotions accompanying such a difficult time and provide supportive, compassionate care that focuses on improving the quality of life for people who are at the end stages as well as support to family members.
